Refund policy

At Numan, your satisfaction matters. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as socks and other intimate apparel) cannot be returned once opened or worn, unless defective.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@benuman.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear may vary by your bank or card issuer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at hello@benuman.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
